ESI has completed the construction of a number of clubhouses, some as part of a larger multifamily project and some as standalone projects. These clubhouses are typically wood-framed buildings with kitchen areas, living room style seating areas, and high-end finishes.
This clubhouse centrally located in the Eagle River Luxury Living Apartment complex is a renovated residential home that was present on the property before construction started. The house was converted into a common area for the residents of the complex and includes a kitchen, multiple seating areas, and a brick fireplace.

The 1,843-square-foot clubhouse, which ESI constructed as part of Gardner Company’s riverfront community Mace River Ranch, includes kitchen facilities, a meeting area, sundeck and pool.
As part of a 147-unit senior housing development, ESI constructed a freestanding single story clubhouse/community building centered between the two buildings.
The apartment community clubhouse included an adjacent pool and a separate fitness center, complete with exposed wood beams and large windows which let in wonderful natural light into the common space.
As part of the third phase of construction for Edgewood Spring Creek Eagle Island, ESI constructed a 2,700 square-foot clubhouse that included a commercial kitchen facility, meeting room, and a library.
The clubhouse at The Franklin at Ten Mile apartment complex provides residents of the 128 units a beautiful and functional space to congregate for events. The kitchen area features quartz countertops, an under mounted sink, and stainless steel appliances while the seating areas include comfortable furnishings, stylish rugs, and tables.
The apartment complex features community amenities that are reflective of the student residents. A rooftop lounge offers the best views of campus – complete with an outdoor fireplace, TV viewing area, and communal seating. Most of the first level contains meeting rooms, lounging & gaming rooms, along with a fully equipped gym/yoga studio.
