ESI recently completed the construction of Idaho’s First Medical College, the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM). We served as the construction manager and general contractor for the new higher education building that includes patient and simulation labs, an OMM lab, library, study spaces, open lobby, student lounge plus administration and faculty office and related building support areas.
ESI completed the construction of the Boise Fire Training Center on June 1, 2018. The $12.5 million complex consists of multiple buildings, including a five-story Class B commercial tower burn building that includes two roof training areas, a two story Class A residential burn building, a 5,950 square-foot administration/classroom building, and a 9,800 square-foot single story training & safety building containing offices, a locker room, a classroom, and three apparatus bays with adjacent support rooms.
As part of OSHA’s National Safety Stand Down week, ESI hosted its third annual Safety Stand-Down at the BSU Center for Fine Arts project. This year’s focus was the construction industry’s #1 cause of death: falls.
