Thank you to our dedicated, dependable, and dynamic ESI team!
We are excited to announce that, after over a year of planning and months of development, our website has been rebuilt from the ground up and is finally here.
This past month, ESI hosted company parties in both Boise, the home of ESI’s corporate headquarters, and Portland, a regional office location of ESI. The parties honor ESI’s purpose that Everyone Succeeds Together, acknowledging that we only succeed as a company with every single employee fulfilling their role on every job, every day.
After months of preparation and recruiting, followed by a challenging summer of in-depth learning and training, ESI’s 2018 Summer Internship has finally reached its end. In a short period of just a few months, this year’s group of interns was exposed to the fast-paced world of construction, including practical and professional experience in both the office and the field.
ESI recently reached an incredible company milestone with the hiring of its 500th employee.
As part of OSHA’s National Safety Stand Down week, ESI hosted its third annual Safety Stand-Down at the BSU Center for Fine Arts project. This year’s focus was the construction industry’s #1 cause of death: falls.
As a new year began, our team at ESI Construction gathered to look back at all we accomplished in 2017 and to look forward at our goals for 2018. The event centers around our company’s purpose, which is “Everyone Succeeds Together.”
