ESI recently completed the construction of Idaho’s First Medical College, the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM). We served as the construction manager and general contractor for the new higher education building that includes patient and simulation labs, an OMM lab, library, study spaces, open lobby, student lounge plus administration and faculty office and related building support areas. Below is a timelapse of the 94,000 square-foot construction project, which occurred from May 2017 through June 2018.
