ESI just broke ground on a 4-story, 125,000 square-foot building right off of Ten Mile Crossing today.  With plenty of high demand for office space in this area, Ball Ventures Ahlquist (BVA) filed for a permit earlier this spring.  This will be the eighth building constructed in Ten Mile Crossing, and the second in which ESI has been selected as the General Contractor.
