ESI is wrapping up the design-build project for a 400,000+ square-foot structural steel building with an attached 22,149 square-foot two-story office building in Nampa, Idaho. The 48-acre site, located in a large farming area, required extensive site development, including underground utility improvements which added approximately 2,500 linear feet of sewer and water. In addition, ESI widened Star Road to accommodate additional traffic. ESI’s concrete team self-performed all the concrete work, including footings, slab on grade and slab on deck.

Once finished, the manufacturing process will use cranes to lift the housing units onto a trolley system, built into the concrete floor, to help maneuver the large units throughout the facility.
