PetIQ, a treasure-valley grown pet wellness company, hosted a ceremonial groundbreaking on July 1^st, 2020 for their corporate headquarters. Located in Eagle, Idaho, the 59,778 square foot building will be the workspace for over 300 of the company’s employees. Co-founded over 10 years ago by Cord Christensen, who now serves as CEO, the company serves to provide pet medications and products at an affordable price across several brands and veterinarian clinics. Since being founded, the company has grown to over $133 million in revenue annually. PetIQ is now a publicly-traded company on the NASDAQ Global Market exchange but remains loyal to Eagle as its company’s founding place. Its brands have served pets through its 3,400 retail partnership locations and the presence of veterinary offices in 41 states! The company’s impact on the pet healthcare industry is a major reason for its growth and its necessity to expand its office space.

ESI is serving as the general contractor for this project, which is on schedule to be completed in the summer of 2021. The three-story office building features an employee gym, multiple terraces, and a roof-top patio, and a café with a full kitchen set-up in addition to spacious office and meeting space. This innovative build will support the valued employees of PetIQ to foster the continued growth of the company.
