Historic District Construction

Built in the historic district, the exterior of the building includes brick and stone that will coordinate with the existing structures in the neighborhood. The project hopes to include sitework: taking the existing overhead electrical lines along 5th and the alleyway underground and upgrading the streetscape along Idaho, 5th and the alley to meet the new downtown look with brick pavers. Additionally, the project hopes to add silva cells and pervious paving to help with tree growth and runoff of the storm water. The project is expected to complete in 2018.

Self-Performed Concrete Work

ESI’s concrete division is self-performing all of the project’s concrete work including a 20,700 square-foot parking garage slab and a post-tensioned slab which utilized 1996 cubic yards of concrete.
