Luxury Hotel in Downtown Boise
ESI is currently constructing a luxury hotel and parking garage located in the heart of downtown Boise, Idaho. The 138-room hotel will be a Home 2 Suites, part of the Hilton family of hotels. Each guest unit will include an in-suite kitchen, as well as quality finishes and furnishings. Also included will be a large lobby, meeting rooms, indoor pool, fitness room, dining area, bar and outdoor bar patio.
Concrete Pour
This entire structure will consist of more than 11,500 cubic square-yards of concrete. ESI is currently pouring the 2nd deck, which is the largest of 18 separate deck pours. This will be a 7-story post tension parking garage and hotel.
