Mulvaney medical office building was designed for sustainability. As Idaho’s first LEED Gold certified building, it uses 30-50% less energy, reduces carbon emissions by 35 percent, and reduces water used by 40 percent, all of which save the medical tenants operating costs.

• Heat recovery units and heat exhanges
• High efficiency water source heath pump & chillers
• Daylighting/lighting control system
