A Training Center for Our Armed Forces
ESI entered into a teaming arrangement with Western States Construction to construct an operational readiness training center for the National Guard. The complex is located between Mountain Home Air Force Base and the City of Boise.
Multiple Buildings Across a 12-Acre Site
The 12-acre complex included a 11,237 square-foot battalion headquarters facility, two 300-bed barracks, an 19,579 square-foot officers quarters, an armory, a vehicle maintenance facility, six vehicle maintenance sheds, plus sitework, and utilities.
