ESI completed the tenant improvements for Ruth’s Chris Steak House in downtown Boise. This 8,040 square-foot space features a modern decor, main dining room, stylish bar, and three private dining spaces, including high-end restaurant/dining finishes.

Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse is located inside the new Zion’s Bank Tower at Eighth & Main in downtown Boise on the main floor of the new, 18-story high-rise. Scope included cast-in-place concrete, metal fabrications, MEP, high-quality millwork, architectural woodwork, and all other associated trades and finishes.
