The Scentsy Tower serves as the headquarters for Scentsy Inc. and its 800 local employees. Located in the lower plaza of the tower, and open to Scentsy employees and to the local community, is a 5,000-square-foot restaurant capable of serving a multitude of foods. The restaurant has a full gourmet kitchen, gas-fired brick oven, full-size rotisserie, salad bar, and made-to-order grill, omelet bar, and sandwich bar.
The facility has high-end finishes, fire-rated hoods, hand sinks, prep tables, refrigerated cases, freezer, and cooler. Managed by executive chef Nathan Guggenheimer, the Scentsy restaurant can serve Scentsy’s 800 employees in an hour.
The cafeteria at the Scentsy Tower was part of Scentsy’s new 60-acre campus in Meridian, which ESI served as the design-builder, general contractor, and construction manager to construct. The campus includes a six-story corporate headquarters, a distribution center, a remodeled warehouse for manufacturing space, a ground-up warehouse and processing facility with office space three laboratories, a facilities and maintenance building, and two additional buildings.
