Serving Whole Foods Across the West and Midwest

ESI has built, expanded, renovated or provided service and maintenance through our Express division for nearly 80 Whole Foods projects throughout the U.S. West and Midwest.

Integrated Project Delivery

ESI’s first project involved an extensive remodel and expansion of an old department store as part of a redevelopment shopping center project in Centennial, Colorado. The success of this project resulted in an invitation to ESI and our design partner to deliver a presentation on Integrated Project Delivery to the entire Whole Foods Project Management Team.

Building Close To Home

In Boise, ESI was selected to complete the first phase of an urban site that included a 45,600-square-foot Whole Foods Market grocery store, the first of its kind in Idaho. The project was completed three months ahead of schedule.

Renovation of Regional Headquarters in Denver

When Whole Foods moved their Rocky Mountain regional headquarters from Boulder to Denver, ESI completed a renovation of the new office. The original building was a brick structure from the late 1800s inside the larger brick shell that came up in the early 1900s. The 38,000-square-foot building has a beautiful brick-and-timber interior, with 9,000 square feet of common areas for employees.
