ESI CARES Reaches Major Milestones While Continuing to Invest in Our Communities
As ESI CARES prepares for its annual golf tournament fundraiser, the foundation is celebrating two significant milestones that reflect the generosity and commitment of Team ESI and our industry partners.
This year, ESI CARES collected and recycled over 5 million pounds of scrap metal and has now made more than 200 charitable donations to organizations that strengthen the communities where we live and work. ESI CARES transforms scrap metal gathered on our project sites into meaningful financial support for organizations focused on Family, Community, and Education. What might otherwise become construction waste is instead sold and turned into opportunities that make a lasting difference for local families and nonprofits.
While financial contributions remain at the heart of the foundation, ESI CARES also serves through volunteerism. Throughout the year, employees roll up their sleeves to support projects that improve our communities, including an upcoming company blood drive, Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build initiative, Boise Greenbelt and public space cleanup efforts, supporting Idaho Foodbank drives, and maintaining the grounds at Boise’s Wassmuth Center for Human Rights.

These volunteer opportunities give employees the chance to come together outside of work, strengthening relationships while making an enduring impact on the communities we touch.
The annual ESI CARES golf tournament brings together team members, customers, trade, and industry partners to continue building on that momentum. Every swing, sponsorship, and contribution help expand the foundation’s reach, ensuring ESI CARES can continue supporting organizations that are making a difference and provide opportunities for our neighbors to thrive.
Building great projects is what we do. Building stronger communities is who we are.
