Bow River Capital Partners, a Denver based private equity and asset management firm that is focused on building a world class diversified investment management platform has launched a 60-acre, two-phase, master-planned industrial business park in Nampa, Idaho. Fuller84 Business Park will be located across the street from the Amazon distribution center on the NW corner of Star and Franklin roads.
ESI Construction, Inc. (“ESI”), is providing CMGC services and will begin construction on Phase 1 this summer. Bow River Capital Partners, TOK Commercial and ESI launched Fuller84 Business Park with a project groundbreaking. Governor Brad Little, Idaho Senate Majority Leader, Chuck Winder, and Nampa Mayor, Debbie Kling, were among the speakers.
Phase 1 will deliver Idaho’s first high-clearance, institutional quality, industrial campus with over 460,000 square feet of available space. The buildings will be rear loaded, equipped with dock high and grade level doors, offer on-site trailer parking, provide EV truck and car charging and secured outdoor storage. Fuller84 is conveniently located directly off of I-84 on the new 5-lane expanded Franklin Road corridor which provides quick interstate access and great visibility.
