Parkway 50 Groundbreaking

Parkway Station is a mixed-income, planned neighborhood in the quickest growing cultural and arts district of Boise, the enclave of Garden City. Lot 50 is located less than a quarter-mile from the Boise River and the central pedestrian and bike pathway of the Greenbelt that runs up and down the river. It is less than a mile from the waterfront park with its surfing, paddleboarding, and other recreational activities, and less than 3 miles from downtown Boise with all the activities and employment opportunities available there. This vertical mixed-use development is comprised of a mix of multifamily units. These are spread between two buildings on top of a parking structure with a green roof courtyard between them.
