FT Glass Wall Lobby

ESI completed a new ten-story office and retail building in downtown Boise. Each floor of the building is approximately 20,000 feet with tenants of the building being able to choose between open floorplans or private offices. The 10-foot windows that surround the office and tenant spaces above the first floor provide outstanding, 360-degree views of the Boise foothills and Treasure Valley. The 5,000 square-foot lobby on the first floor features 18 foot tall, floor-to-ceiling windows. To greet visitors after they walk through the all-glass entryways is a 14 foot wide by 8-foot tall high-resolution video screen. The owners of 11th & Idaho commissioned a local artist to capture videos of Idaho’s most stunning landscapes to feature on the screen in the lobby. Additionally, the ceilings and walls are all adorned with wood on the first floor.

The project brought the first agile elevator system to Idaho, which works to increase elevator efficiency, reducing ride times, fewer stops, and less congestion.

Rooftop Deck and Trellis

Topping the building is an IPE deck with a trellis, to provide building tenants with stunning views of Boise and an opportunity to enjoy the fresh air. ESI provided preconstruction, value analysis, construction management, and general contracting services. ESI’s concrete division self-performed all concrete work.
