ESI constructed a two-story, 75,950-square-foot core and shell office building at Ten Mile Crossing in Meridian, Idaho. The office is the new home to 500 employees of AmeriBen, a human resources consulting and benefits administration company.
ESI’s concrete division self-performed the concrete work for this project, which included the concrete slab-on-grade, the tilt-up concrete walls erected for the structure’s shell, and all of the concrete paving throughout the site.
ESI was also contracted by AmeriBen to complete the tenant improvements. The project broke ground in August 2016 and was turned over to the new occupants in August 2017.
