ESI spent seven months renovating a Lowe’s store into the new Bass Pro Shops in Tacoma, Washington. This remodel included extensive structural renovations, the addition of a two-story clerestory down the center of the building, complete redesign of the front entrance and theming of the existing exterior façade, and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades. It also included the addition of a themed bowling alley, restaurant/bar area, and archery range. This project included coordination and myriad of specialty contractors, owner-provided items, taxidermy, imagery, and theming elements.
