Construction of a new 168,000 square-foot industrial building using tilt-up concrete panels. This is part of a new industrial complex going up near the Boise airport.

ESI’s concrete division self-performed the concrete work. In addition, ESI completed tenant improvements including offices, conference rooms, open spaces for cubicles, rest rooms and a kitchen.
