Caldwell WWTP

ESI self-performed the installation of 830,000 lbs of reinforcing steel for an effluent building, filter building and utility building at the Caldwell WWTP. Services include:

• Construction of a new Filter Building, including six dual-media, gravity filters, mechanical and electrical rooms, flocculation basins, and mud well
• Construction of a new Secondary Effluent Pump Station
• Construction of a new Utility Water /Backwash Pump Station, including chemical, mechanical and electrical rooms
• Construction of new valves, vaults, manholes and appurtenances
• Excavation and dewatering to construct the new improvements
