Consolidated campus
ESI is providing CM/GC services for Cole Valley Christian School’s new campus in Meridian. The new facility will be approximately 260,000 square feet on nearly 50 acres. The parcel will be developed with parking for 843 vehicles, site access, student play area, exterior athletic venues, and various outbuildings.
Designed for all ages
The new facility and campus will be designed to serve approximately 1825 students, pre-kindergarten through 12th grade with the potential to add twelve additional classrooms and 300 students with future building additions. Two separate building entrances, parking areas, bus and vehicle drop off areas have been designed to accommodate Pre-K through Grade 5 at the western entrance and grades 6-12 at the eastern entrance. Each wing of the building is designed to accommodate the specific needs of the various levels of education from colorful classrooms, cafeteria and play areas for the younger ages to science and computer labs, gymnasium and auditorium for the older students.
