ESI self-performs a variety of concrete paving work ranging from a 200 square-foot remove and replace to a 600,000 square-foot new paving project. Additionally, we pour curb and gutter as well walkways for any project site. With more American Concrete Institute (ACI) certified concrete finishers than any other contractor in Idaho, our concrete work is done right the first time, on time.
Mill 95
As part of the Mill 95 project, ESI poured 45,000 square feet of concrete paving around the site.
City Center Plaza
ESI self-performed all of the concrete work associated with the construction of the new downtown City Center Plaza. This work included concrete paving of a portion of Main Street, walkways, curbs, and gutters.
Simplot Project Idaho Expansion
ESI was contracted to complete concrete work for Simplot’s Project Idaho expansion in Caldwell, Idaho. The project included 586,345 square feet of concrete paving and 450,000 square feet sloped slab-on-grade; elevated concrete decks, including insulated decks; multiple support structures; chemical tank structure; silt collection structure; numerous sump facilities, ranging in depth from 5 to 20 feet; below and above grade loading docks.
Boise Fire Training Facility
In the course of construction for the new Boise Fire Training Center, ESI’s concrete division poured 2,638 cubic yards of concrete in total, with 15,900 square feet of concrete site work including paving, sidewalks, and curb and gutter.
Walmart Fuel Centers
ESI has completed the concrete paving for three Walmart Fuel Centers in Idaho. Each fuel center on average requires a 1,400 square-foot concrete pad to be installed.
