Transformation in Burley
ESI was the general contractor on a remodel of one of the Burley, Idaho D.L. Evans bank branches. The remodel consisted of two separate phases that completely transformed the 5,678 square-foot retail space.
Three More Idaho Banks
ESI also completed a ground-up construction of two new D.L. Evans Banks in Caldwell and Fruitland, Idaho. These projects consisted of the construction of 4,400-square-foot facilities, including sitework, and self-perform concrete. A fourth project, a tenant improvement, was successfully completed at a branch in Kimberly, Idaho.
