The building work included concrete foundations, CMU walls, steel structural columns and steel bar joists roof framing, insulated metal wall panels, single-ply roofing membrane, interior concrete floor slabs and exterior concrete slabs and walkways. Sitework included grading, paving, utilities, erosion control and parking lot landscaping.
