District 208 is a new development providing the community of Nampa, Idaho with places to live, work, and play. ESI was the general contractor for this 321,389 square-foot, 252-unit apartment complex located just minutes from the interstate toward the greater Boise metropolitan area. Focusing on meeting the need for family apartments in Nampa, each unit has a modern and contemporary home design. The scope of work also included associated site work for pool, clubhouse, and playground amenities.
