A NEW ERA IN COMMERCIAL OFFICE DEVELOPMENT
ESI served as General Contractor or CM/GC for three office buildings at Eagle View Landing.
The exteriors of the three buildings are a mix of CMU and glass, allowing natural light to flow throughout the buildings. Strip lighting forms large lighted borders around all sides of the buildings’ exteriors.
EAGLE VIEW LANDING BUILDING 2
ESI was the general contractor for Building 2, a 147,000 square-foot, five-story core and shell that included site development on an approximately 7.3 acres. ESI’s concrete division self-performed all of the concrete work.
Office Building 2 at Eagle View Landing is five stories, with nearly 28,000 square feet per floor, 150,000 square feet overall, and a roof-top patio on the NW corner of the second floor.
EAGLE VIEW LANDING BUILDING 3
ESI was the construction manager/general contractor for Eagle View Landing Office Building 3, a three-story, 180,000 square-foot office building core and shell. ESI’s concrete division self-performed all of the concrete work.
EAGLE VIEW LANDING BUILDING 5
Building 5 was built for Power Engineers. It was a five-story core and shell project totaling approximately 141,000 square feet. Each floor is 28,246 square feet and the building has three elevator shafts. The exterior has a 5,000-square-foot second floor patio.
