ESI is providing preconstruction on, value analysis, entitlement support, construction management and general contracting services. ESI is managing and constructing six high clearance concrete tilt-up structures on 61.62 acres of IP zoned land for a Denver based private equity firm, Bow River Capital.
The first phase of the master planned industrial park includes two 135,000 square feet buildings and one 192,000 square feet building. All buildings are rear loaded, dock accessible, 32’ clear and include at grade parking. Fenced outdoor storage will also be available for excess tenant storage
ESI was also selected to complete phase two of the project, which is currently underway. This phase includes three additional high-clearance tilt-up buildings totaling 439,600 square feet.
