ESI has completed tenant improvements and build-outs for various clients in medical centers. Below is a list of some of the many clients that we have partnered with on these projects.
St. Luke’s ambulatory surgery center is two stories of approximately 25,000 square feet of new medical tenant improvement capable of fully supporting five operating rooms, two of which will be built out with this stage of construction. An additional 6,000 sf will remain as shell space on the second floor for future medical office space. Exterior finishes include a combination of EIFS and brick with an exposed painted structural steel canopy at the main entrance.
ESI was selected as the construction manager for Saltzer Medical’s Meridian location tenant improvements on the Portico campus. Included in the build-out were exam rooms, x-ray room, nurse stations, outpatient procedure room, physicians’ offices, laundry, audiology lab, conference rooms, reception/waiting areas, and a small call center.
As part of the construction of this state-of-the-art medical facility, ESI was contracted for ongoing tenant improvements including the
Emergency Department build-out, several physician’s offices, MedNow Pharmacy, Breastcare Center, Intermountain Eye Clinic and the Ambulatory Care Center.
After initially serving as the construction manager and general contractor for the 11,463 square foot wood-framed medical office building for OB/GYN Associates, ESI was later asked to return and completed a five exam tenant improvement in the shelled space.
