ESI is the general contractor to build two new King Soopers Fuel Centers in Colorado. The new, 59,077 square-foot location in Colorado Springs includes a 122,993 square-foot masonry grocery store. ESI is also self-performing store fixturing. For the Fountain location, ESI built a 23,250 square-foot, ground-up grocery store and fuel center kiosk, including underground fuel storage and fuel distribution.
