The Micron B37 office and link project scope included the construction of a new three-story 186,000 square-foot office building, an elevated and enclosed walkway between the B37 building and the adjacent B36 building, plus an expansion and remodel of the existing B36 cafeteria and conference center.
B37 houses approximately 1,120 employees, includes a lobby, offices, conference rooms, loading dock, and elevators. Sitework included demolition of a parking lot and numerous existing utility relocations, including pipelines crucial to ongoing plant operations.
