Enhancing dining spaces for a better guest experience
ESI originally completed the tenant improvement for Noodles & Company, at Meridian Town Center. A 2,602 square foot “fast-casual” restaurant with existing locations nationwide. It was the first Noodles & Company located in Idaho.
One Successful Project Brings More
Since then, ESI has negotiated eleven additional projects, including one in Twin Falls and one in Idaho Falls, Idaho. These projects were tenant improvement build-out projects involving massive overhauls and additions to existing buildings.
