Throughout our history, ESI has completed tenant improvement projects within all types of office buildings. Whether it is small upgrades or a full-scale remodel, our team has the experience and resources necessary to complete the job on time and within budget. Below are some of the many office tenant improvement projects that we have completed in recent history.
Alaska National’s new office space consists of an 8,000 square-foot tenant improvement project that ESI also self-performed a slab on grade finish in the existing building. There are 15 offices around the perimeter with 24 cubicles in the center. It also contains a conference room, mail/printing room and an employee break room with a full-size kitchen. The entire space and reception have custom wood doors with matching wood trim and base. The building also includes floor to ceiling storefront glass at all offices.
Perkins Coie’s new office space is a high end contemporary mix of retro colors and materials. It includes a variety of materials, from eucalyptus wood soffits to full glass partition walls. The reception desk and credenzas scattered throughout the space resemble weathered petrified wood. This project was phased in three areas, working around a fully operational law office, with construction activities only occurring after business hours. Painted partition walls were built to contain construction activities and reduce noise and all necessary measures were taken to preserve the security of the firm and protect client confidentiality.
After completing the core and shell of the new Eighth & Main multipurpose tower in the heart of downtown Boise, ESI built out a 58,000 square foot space in the building for Zion’s Bank. The office space includes beautiful wood finishes, ballroom spaces, and now serves as central office for Zion’s Bank in Idaho.
In conjunction with the construction of PKG’s new corporate campus in Meridian, Idaho, ESI completed the interior build-out of the office that now serves as PKG’s corporate headquarters. The facility provides offices and meeting spaces for all of PKG’s employees.
ESI served as the Construction Manager for Scentsy’s Corporate Headquarters that consisted of a tenant improvement of t 60,000 SF of three floors of an existing six-story Class A Office Building. Features include:
ESI built out a 48,000 square-foot space for the growing Holland & Hart law firm in the Eighth & Main building. The space includes multiple conference rooms with windows overlooking the Boise foothills, state-of-the-art finishes, and beautiful common areas that provide the office with a desirable feel for both employees and clients.
CTA’s Boise office in the eighth floor of the Eighth & Main office tower is home to more than 80 team members trained in architecture, engineering, landscape architecture, and interior design. ESI completed the tenant improvements for this 19,000 square-foot space.
Parsons Behle & Latimer moved into one of the commercial offices in the Eighth & Main building after construction was completed. ESI performed the tenant improvements for their office space, which included a glass-walled conference room, quaint offices and cubicles, and high quality common areas.
