A distinctive new landmark
ESI constructed this three-story 60,000 square foot headquarters office building for PetIQ. The building has a contemporary feel and includes glass, metal panels and brick exterior plus terraces on the upper levels. It is comprised of two large structures and a continuous overhang that cantilevers 15 feet on either side of the building.
The building was designed to have a contemporary, Industrial feel with views of the surrounding foothills. It is split into two large brick facades with a continuous overhang that cantilevers 15 feet on either side of the building.
ESI provided preconstruction, value analysis, construction management and general contracting services.
Industrial Elegance
The interior features a large lobby, multiple offices, cubicles and meeting rooms, a kitchen/cafe, gym with lockers, showers and
bike storage, plus storage rooms and a multi-purpose area. The lobby has a three-story grand staircase and elevators that serve
all main floors including the fourth-floor outdoor deck.
An abundance of natural light
Natural light penetrates the building through large industrial-style windows. Employees can utilize various office spaces, separated by window walls that allow light into all work areas.
