Learning Environment for K-5 Kids
ESI was the Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa) on Pleasant View Elementary School, a ground-up construction project that included a full build-out and associated site work. The 65,000 square foot single-story school was constructed with structural steel and CMU. The school has 33 classrooms, including a music room, media center, computer lab, full gymnasium, cafeteria, and full kitchen. It provides space for 419 K-5 students and 42 staff members. Associated site work included the development of an approximately 9-acre site with asphalt pavement, parking lots, concrete sidewalks, landscaping and utilities.
