Mixed-Use Townhome Community
ESI served as the general contractor for a mixed-use development located at the Centre at Rainey Creek in Swan Valley, Idaho.
The 16-acre development included domestic and fire wells, a fuel system, canopy and controls for a new gas station, and navigation of protected waterways and wetlands while developing a complex sewer system. ESI completed the construction of twelve duplex townhomes at 3,600 square-feet each, an inline retail shell with tenant improvements totaling 6,800 square-feet, and finally six, 4,800 square-foot bay home buildings.
ESI self-performed the structural wood framing, doors, hardware packages, and finish carpentry.
