Saltzer Medical hired ESI as the construction manager for their tenant improvements in both their Meridian and Nampa locations. Included in the roughly 80,000 square-foot buildouts were:
- Examination rooms
- X-ray room
- Nurse’s stations
- Outpatient procedure room
- Physicians’ offices
- Audiology lab
- Conference rooms/reception area/call center/laundry
Medical specialties provided at these facilities include family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, neurology, and OB/Gyn.
