Amazing Growth and Expansion

ESI served as design builder, general contractor, and construction manager for Scentsy’s new 60-acre campus in Meridian, Idaho. The campus includes a six-story corporate headquarters, a distribution center, a remodeled warehouse for manufacturing space, a ground-up warehouse, and a processing facility with office space, three laboratories, a facilities and maintenance building, and two additional buildings.

 

A Home For Company Culture and Creativity

The Scentsy Office Tower is located in the middle of the 60-acre campus, and includes exceptional landscaping, waterfall walls, ponds, paved pathways, and an outdoor terrace. Additionally, the tower includes a museum of the Scentsy Success Story, four elevators and 11,640 square feet of outdoor patios. Located in the Lower Plaza of the Tower is a 5,000 square-foot cafeteria capable of serving a multitude of foods.

Environmentally Responsible, Ahead of Schedule

The headquarters building was awarded a Level 4 Green Globes certification for sustainable practices by the Green Building Initiative, the first of its kind to be given in Idaho. Additionally, the distribution center achieved a Green Globes Level 3 rating. Even with the earning of these environmental accolades, ESI substantially completed the headquarters building one month ahead of schedule.
