ESI recently constructed one of the newest facilities on Scentsy’s Meridian campus. Intermountain Blending and Filling is a large, single story warehouse with office space and three individual laboratories. It houses an additional approximately 60,000 square foot processing facility with storage.
The building is constructed of tilt-up sandwich wall panels, steel girders with open web steel joists, steel deck, single ply TOP roof with metal framed skylights and a stone masonry facade that ties in with the exterior finishes of the rest of the Scentsy campus.
