office building expansion
This project was the addition of a three-story core and shell office space onto the northeast end of the existing building. The addition includes a 7,652 square-foot basement and a total of 23,685 square feet for the first, second, and third floors.
For egress, one stair tower was added and the second exit is via the existing stair tower. The existing HVAC system was upgraded to accommodate the additional space. The existing fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems were modified and extended into the building addition. The project scope also included minor site work to accomodate the footprint of the addition.
