ESI has partnered with the Simplot Food Company for over 8 years now.  Projects range from new buildings, site work, damage repair work, building expansions and remodels.  ESI has self-performed soil preparation, place and finishes, flatwork, sloped concrete slab on grade, silt bunkers, trench drain installation, loading docks and elevated concrete decks for the food processing facility.  We have provided construction management services for fieldwork, interior water damage building and equipment repairs, and roof replacements.  ESI recently completed a ground-up structural steel building expansion.
