ESI Express has constructed three new Stinker Stores from the ground up as well as completed three other tenant improvement or service projects. Stinker Store first opened in Twin Falls, Idaho in 1936 and today has stores across Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, and Montana. The average square footage of a Stinker Store is 6,500 square feet.
