ESI recently completed over a 35,000 square foot building and site that is now a Subaru dealership. This building was designed to match Subaru’s current brand imaging while utilizing innovative service facilities. Unique features include two large wood-burning fireplaces, inside and outside, along with a children’s play area designed to replicate an old roadside fruit stand.
This dealership is specifically designed to meet ECO-friendly certifications and is among the most efficient dealership buildings in the nation. There are 20 service and maintenance bays, along with a modified waiting room and separate office space.
