Mixed-Use Office Building In Prime Meridian Location
ESI was the general contractor for a three-story office building shell and core at Ten Mile Crossing, a mixed-use development featuring office, medical, hospitality, and retail spaces.
The building is 182,340 square feet on 4.19 acres. ESI self-performed the reinforcing and concrete for this project. The scope of work also included preconstruction, value analysis, construction management and general contracting services.
