Multi-Purpose Facility
ESI served as the general contractor for The Hemingway building. The Hemingway is a four-story mixed-use building that provides the community of Eagle, Idaho with residential, retail, and office space. With a total of 65,164 square feet, this addition aligns with the city’s growth plans, aiming to achieve a dynamic atmosphere in the area.
Community Collaboration
Coordination and mutual assistance were a common theme throughout the construction phase. This spirit of cooperation extended to the community. The highly visible project in the middle of a small town required careful planning, faced daily public scrutiny, and strived to minimize disruptions to over a dozen small businesses in the downtown core.
