Critical Water Upgrades in a Remote Mountain Community
ESI was the General Contractor for the City of Challis Water System Improvements. The scope of this project included the construction of
a new wood-framed booster station, wood-framed well house, 370,000-gallon water tank, and 1,700 ft of transmission waterline. In addition, the project team rehabilitated two existing well houses, conducted excavation, installed electrical controls, upgraded HVAC system and all associated site piping, and installed related components and appurtenances.
