ESI Express has completed over a dozen projects for Wendy’s across five different states including Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Colorado, and Utah. These projects range from new store construction to remodels or tenant improvements to service and maintenance. The typical Wendy’s store is around 2,600 square feet.
