ESI was also selected to construct a 40,000 square foot expansion and remodel of WinCo Foods’ corporate headquarters in Boise, Idaho. Exterior building elements include CMU, EIFS, standing seam metal roof, and a covered outdoor pavilion. The interior structure includes offices, break room, focus room, main lobby, exercise room, locker rooms, restrooms and room for future space.
