Ten Mile Crossing’s Newest Office Build Groundbreaking
Ten Mile Crossing is a 400-acre mixed-use development featuring office, medical, hospitality, and retail spaces. Located at the northeast corner of Interstate 84 and Ten Mile road, Ten Mile Crossing is strategically located at the true center of the treasure Valley, creating incredible visibility and accessibility. We are excited to announce we have broke ground on this latest office building that will go up three stories, with about 73,000 square feet of office space on the large mixed-use campus.
Congratulations to BVA Development, City of Meridian, Brighton Corporation, Capital Eleven, and SCS Development on the newest addition to Ten Mile Crossing, one of the most strategically placed mixed-used developments in the state. ESI is honored to break ground today on the three-story, 73,000 square foot office building.
